CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT?
Yes, you have 14 calendar days to return an order, starting the day following the delivery of the product. Once you have requested a return, your returned package must reach us within 7 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
WHEN WILL I GET THE FUND?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be SENT OVER PAYPAL OR BANK TRANSFER within a certain amount of days.
HOW CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT?
To return your product, you should mail your product to Milano, Italy. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we, unfortunately, cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not obligated to have the same color of wool, so please keep informed before the order, about the possibility to have the same color of wool in case of return.

We suggest dry care or hand wash, and left to dry in a cool spot in the shade. Warm water may slightly stink your garment do better to stick to cold weather (30C).
Never tumble dry.
It is also best to keep your sweater or cardigan folded and not on a hanger.
Unlike any other textile fibre, wool can refresh itself simply by hanging in fresh air. This saves water, washing detergent, energy and the time to walk to the dry cleaners.
